Your account, roles, duties, and daily reflections are private to you. They are protected with row-level security so that only you can read or change your own records.

We use your email address for authentication and, if you opt in, for gentle reminder emails. You can turn reminders off at any time from your settings.

Optional AI guidance processes only the text you choose to share in that moment, and only to generate the suggestion you asked for. You are never required to use it.

This is a demonstration product. Do not store sensitive personal information you would not want in a demo.
